Spring 2012 Training Schedule (please schedule classes accordingly)
Sunday - 5 to 7pm
Tuesday - 5:30 to 7:30pm
Thursday - 3:00 to 5:00 pm
Training Facility
Due to the new football program at UTSA, we no longer train in athletics. Until something else is
worked out, the team will be training at Southside High School where we have access to more
than enough space and equipment, including: 16 power racks, 2 USAPL competition racks, 6
competition benches, 24 deadlift platforms, dumbbells 15s through 120s, reverse hyper machine,
glute ham raise, 45 degree back extension, row machines, and more equipment continually
added by Texas Strength Systems.
